Signing In to Your Account
To access your customer portal and support resources, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Customer Portal Login Page.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Enter your password associated with your account.
4. Click Sign In.
5. Once logged in, you will be able to:
• View and submit support tickets
• Access the knowledge base and service resources
• Track the progress of requests
• Communicate with the support team
If this is your first time logging in, use the invitation email sent to you to create your password and activate your account.
If You Forgot Your Password
If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it in a few quick steps:
1. Go to the Customer Portal Login Page.
2. Click Forgot Password?
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Click Submit.
5. Check your email inbox for the password reset link.
6. Click the link and create a new secure password.
7. Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
